4 EASY STEPS TO LOVE YOUR JOB

Remember the day when you received a call from the employer when you were still an applicant and started to wonder how would it be working with new people, accept the new circumstances in a new environment? I think you should, because that’s the best part in every employee’s career.
When was the last time you felt happy at work? I hope after reading this blog, you will remember the things that once made you happy and satisfied even from the beginning of your journey in a corporate world.
When you’re in doubt and hesitant whether to stay or not to your current job, here are the things you should remember and continue the passion you once had.
#1 Do real work first
Admit it, everyone of us has their own routine each and every day once they have arrived in the office: drinking coffee, smoking or talking to your colleagues. Other than that, checking of emails and social networking sites, first thing first! Upon your arrival in the office, clear your desk and start some of your pending tasks from yesterday’s priorities. At the end of your day, on your way home you will definitely feel accomplished.
#2 Envision Happiness
Those were the days that you’re still one of the motivated and jolly persons inside your office with one goal in common: to submit tons of reports at the end of the week to your supervisors and managers. Those noises created by you and your own colleagues while having fun, exchanging of jokes. Can you still be that person? Of course, YES! Nobody can interfere with your decision to be happy again without your permission. Avoid negativities and absorb the positivity!
#3 Identify Positive Aspects
Take some time to pamper yourself,  take a leave even just for one day to enjoy your existence in this world it won’t hurt that much. Turn off your phone and ask your best friend to join your “To-Do-List” for today and that’s to enjoy! Visit a spa and ask for a full body massage, eat at a restaurant that you never tried before and consider that today is your rest day. You’ll end up by being grateful that you have filed a leave form.
#4 Create more memories and gain new experiences
Do you agree that the more you learn new experiences at your work, the more chances that you will be happy? In fact, 70% of employees planning to quit without even trying to learn new things are regretful. It is in the nature of the corporate world that you are expected to do the job beyond expectations. Just remember, when you’re about to lose hope, talk to your peers and make them understand what bothers you the most and what are the factors that made you decide to leave. Who knows? They may have actually pieces of advice or suggestions that will further enhance your capability to stay and continue creating memories with them and learn new experiences such as: setting an appointment with a client, conduct a seminar or workshop and many other things that will caught your attention.
Sometimes we may feel very tired and exhausted and we’ve been thinking to quit our job but do we really have to leave the work we wanted and wait for luck to come right at our door? I don’t think so.  It’s in our hands to achieve our goals in life and continue to surpass every challenge we ought to face, it was never an answer to quit. Keep on fighting and believe that one day, you will recuperate the love you have lost towards your job.
